Return Policy www.kmistore.com proudly stands behind the quality brand name products that we sell. If, however, for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unopened merchandise in its original condition within 14 days of receiving the merchandise. We will refund the total sales amount of any item, less a 20% restocking & handling fee and the original shipping charges, with the exception of items which were advertised as “Special Order,” “Pre-Order,” or "Final Sale;" these items cannot be returned. No Exchanges. Due to our changing inventory, we cannot accept exchanges, unless we have that item still in stock. If you have an item that you wish to return for another item, simply contact www.kmistore.com for an RMA #, once you have been issued an RMA # you can return the item to our warehouse for a refund and then visit our website to purchase the new item that you want. See more on How to Return an Item, below. All returned items are subject to inspection for use and damage before credit is issued. The merchandise must also be in the same sellable condition as when purchased, i.e. a new item is considered brand new when, unopened in original manufacturers packaging, packed in its original manufacturer’s box with all original packaging material, all original manuals, and all accessories that came with the item, undamaged, unmarked, and unscathed. We will not except any returns on items that have been opened or removed from the original packaging. If an item was not brand new when purchased, it must be in the same grade condition as when it left one of our warehouses, in our packaging, with all included manuals and accessories which may have come with the item. If for any reason items returned fail inspection, or are opened or removed from packaging, or are considered damaged or severely used, and cannot be resold as new or in its original grade condition when purchased, additional restocking fees will be applied based on the extend of the damage incurred. If a package is returned to our warehouse undelivered for any reason by our shipping carrier, and you do not wish to have the package reshipped to you, it will be considered a return. We will refund the total sales amount, less a 20% restocking fee and the original shipping charges (We will only refund shipping costs and waive the restocking fee if the return is a result of our error). We will issue you an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) Packing your return- Place the item in the original shipping carton with all documents, manuals, parts and accessories along with a copy of your order form. VERY IMPORTANT: Please clearly write your RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) on the outside of your box that is being returned. Shipping your return- If the reason for your return is not our fault, the buyer bears all shipping costs. We recommend that you ship us your returned item only via UPS or FEDEX to ensure proper tracking of your product. Receipt of your item- We will send you an e-mail to notify you that your return has been processed and your account credited. You should expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7-14 business days of our receiving your return.
